Lyrics

Evergreen

The hawk surveys the ground resting upon disease, the phallic limestone structure rises from the cities skin. In each marble pyramid a sacrifice of youth, and I find myself, deep inside the house of prayers, where the light never falls. Let me be evergreen, let me be the thorn, that saves the rose from assassins hands, and let me be evergreen. I put my hands together and silently applaud his sins.
